Wilf Shaw - 5 Sketches

1. This sketch is of a road which created a sense of mystery within the space, due to the rising topography and darkness created from the tree canopy.

2. Wharmton is the backdrop to Saddleworth, with the villages dotted around the base of the hill. This sketch was taken from the other side of the valley.

3. This was a path along the back of resident's houses, which was dark despite it being the middle of the day. The narrow path was transitional space between two parts of a village.

4. This sketch is of one side of Tunstead Lane, it shows the different elements of the natural landscape.

5. Green Park, situated within London is a good example of the coexistence between nature and city, whilst still providing an exciting space for the public realm.
